The presenter will be Mr Daniel Zhang, Director and Head of Advent Ark Lawyers’ Commercial and Litigation Departments. With expertise in handling commercial and civil disputes, Mr Zhang’s experience spans at all levels of the Courts of New Zealand. He has also acted as chief counsel on over 30 High Court judgments, published on Judicial Decisions Online which is the official website of the High Court of New Zealand.
